How long does shipping take for large furniture items?
Standard delivery typically takes 2-4 weeks. Once your order is processed, our white-glove delivery partners will contact you to schedule a specific arrival window.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Diorama ships to the contiguous United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations soon.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund, minus a flat-rate return shipping fee.
Is assembly required for Diorama products?
Most of our larger furniture pieces arrive fully assembled. For items requiring assembly, we provide detailed digital guides and all necessary hardware in the box.
Can I request fabric swatches before purchasing?
Yes! We offer complimentary swatch kits so you can see and feel our textiles in your own lighting before making a final decision.
